This reel shows excerpts from Andrew's most recent directing projects for the web, mobile devices and TV. (Andrew also composed the soundtrack.) You can learn more about some of the projects featured in this reel—and even watch them—below.
Working with G2 direct & digital, part of the Grey Global Group, Andrew developed and directed a series of videos as part of the complete rebranding of Pfizer's corporate site. He also served as Creative Director, steering the look and feel of the new design.
Andrew created Elevator Moods with co-directors Andrew Nahem and Ethan Spigland. The series was featured at Sundance and SxSW, won a Webby Award, and was acquired by A&E TV, who commissioned a second series (co-written with Alex) for TV, web and mobile devices. See a few Moods here, or see them all at www.elevatormoods.com.
Andrew directed this nine-minute short, which he and Alex wrote. The film uses Andrew's video from two visits to Utah in search of Robert Smithson’s famous land art piece, Spiral Jetty—re-imagined as a fantastical (and highly fictional) road movie. The short premiered at the Darklight Film Festival in Dublin, Ireland.
Alex helped Modem Media/Digitas and Washington Square Films create an online reality show for Delta Air Lines. Contestants flew to international destinations, where their adventures were captured on video. The videos were put online so at-home viewers could sign up, watch, and vote for their favorites.
